  • Our deep tissue massage is perfect if you’re suffering from pain, tightness, or even slight discomfort; a structural treatment designed to work out those uncomfortable kinks. However, if deep tissue isn’t your thing, our sports massage, targeting fatigued and sore muscles, designed to ease both tension and DOMS, may be what you need.

    Your therapist can work on your entire body or a specific area, and you can leave a note when booking to let your therapist know in advance the areas you’d like to focus on during the treatment.

  • You can talk as little or as much as you like, it’s completely up to you. This can be specified in the booking notes or when you arrive at the studio.
