VOUCHER ORDERS
Voucher orders are sent First Class via Royal Mail and are usually posted within 24 hours (on business days). If your order is time-sensitive, we may be able send an electronic voucher via email in place of a physical voucher - please contact our team via hello@masaj.me for more information. Please note that we are currently unable to ship outside of the UK.
E-VOUCHERS
MASAJ E-Vouchers are available instantly via our booking partner Fresha - simply select the value of your Voucher and receive it instantly to the inbox of your choice.
EXPIRY
All MASAJ Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of shipment, with the expiry date shown clearly on each Voucher card.
GIFTING
Is your order a gift? If so, you can add a gift message to your order during checkout - we’ll hand-write your message on simple but beautiful card. Make your message extra special by adding a limited edition MASAJ x Annie Bovill card to your order for your message.
COLLECTIONS
We offer a Click and Collect service from each of our Studios, select your most convenient option at checkout, and you’ll receive an email from our team when your Voucher is ready to collect.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
A selection of Vouchers are available to purchase in-store before or after your treatment. Please note, we cannot accept cash payments in-store, but accept all major credit and debit cards. Our Studios are open from 8.00am - 9.00pm for on-the-spot Voucher purchases.
RETURNS
If for any reason you’re not totally happy with your order, please contact our team to arrange for a return / replacement / refund.
