The focus areas typically include the neck, armpits, abdomen, legs, and face, where lymph nodes are most concentrated, ensuring effective drainage.
When you arrive at our studios, you’ll be given a slate to personalise your experience—from the playlist and level of interaction with your therapist to your choice of oils, scents, and focus areas. You’re in control.
New to lymphatic drainage or massage? No worries—your therapist will guide you through every step, ensuring the treatment is tailored to what you and your body need for maximum impact.
Before the treatment
Like all of our treatments please wear something comfortable, this treatment is usually performed with none or very minimal product, so you won’t feel too oily afterwards. You will still be asked to undress to your comfort level.
If you have booked a longer session, the treatment might include some face work, please be aware incase you are wearing makeup.
After the treatment
Guests are encouraged to drink plenty of water post-treatment to assist in flushing out toxins released during the session. -Some guest may experience needing to pop to the loo more frequently.
You are advised to take it easy and let the effects of the massage take place, avoiding any high intensity activities.
